2. Estimates & Payment

Quotes provided are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Rakescapes, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not clearly marked, or delays caused by weather or other force majeure events.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dickson County, Tennessee.
